How we use information
We use information to provide the features you request, process communications you authorize, respond to inquiries, maintain and secure our services, investigate misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
How information is shared
We share information with service providers as needed to operate the features you use. These include website hosting, AI processing, email, and telephone messaging providers.
When you use AI-assisted features, relevant content may be sent to an AI provider for processing. When you send a communication, its content and addressing information are shared with the communications provider and intended recipient.
Our current providers include Vercel, OpenAI, AgentMail, and AgentPhone. Their processing and retention are governed by the applicable agreements and privacy policies.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or carry out a corporate transaction, subject to applicable protections.

We do not sell mobile phone numbers or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information with communications providers as necessary to deliver messages and process communication preferences.
Approval by a Cogent user to send a message does not replace any required consent from its recipient.
Cookies and website hosting
Our website uses a cookie to remember successful access to password-protected pages. Our hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the services, addressing disputes, and meeting applicable obligations. Retention varies by information type and the feature used.
Information stored on your device may remain there until you remove it. Removing a local copy does not necessarily remove copies held by recipients or service providers.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system can guarantee complete security.
